<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frontal structure of a vehicle which prevents a person from forgetting to mount a damping material and facilitates checking displacement of the damping material. <P>SOLUTION: A damping panel 90 is joined to a dashboard lower 10. The damping panel 90 includes a mel sheet 76 and a damping material fixing panel 26 which holds the mel sheet 76 with the dashboard lower 10. On the damping material fixing panel 26, a setting hole 106 for setting the mel sheet 76 at a desired position, a sheet check hole 108 for checking whether there is the mel sheet 76 between the dashboard lower 10 and the panel 26, and a sheet-displacement check hole 109 for checking whether the mel sheet 76 is arranged at the desired position are formed.
