PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly identify a structure of a blood vessel from an optical interference tomographic image.
SOLUTION: From a three-dimensional optical interference tomographic image, a tubular structure of blood vessels and lymph vessels, etc., is extracted (S130). Also, from a surface of the same observation area, two-dimensional spectral reflection image (surface image) by at least two wavelength areas is acquired (S120). As the two wavelength areas, it is preferable to consider the light absorption spectrum of hemoglobin and to use narrow band light (a half value width of 20 nm or less) of a central wavelength of 545 nm and a central wavelength of 650 nm. A part of a high hemoglobin concentration is extracted from the acquired spectral reflection image (S140), and a blood vessel detection image is obtained. By performing positioning processing between the blood vessel detection image and the tubular structure extraction image (S150) and correlating the images, the blood vessel and the other tubular structure are separated from the tubular structure extraction image and only a blood vessel part is extracted (S160).
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
