<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To culture a separated adipose-derived cell population while securing sterilization properties. <P>SOLUTION: A cell separation apparatus 1 includes: a decomposition treatment part 2 for generating a cell suspension by digesting adipose tissue and separating the adipose-derived cell population from the adipose tissue; a cell concentration part 3 for centrifugally separating the adipose-derived cell population from the cell suspension; a conveying route 6 for conveying the cell suspension between the decomposition treatment part 2 and the cell concentration part 3; and a culture vessel 11 connected to the intermediate position of the conveying route 6 for culturing the adipose-derived cell population centrifugally separated by the cell concentration part 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
