<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting capable of preventing damage to a frame body and a component. <P>SOLUTION: After a jamb engaging protrusion 48 of a jamb 4 as a first abutment part abuts against a gradient abutted surface part 27 as a first abutted part of a sash stopper 20, a concave bottom surface part 49 of the jamb 4 as a second abutment part abuts against a jamb abutment surface part 25 as a second abutted part of the sash stopper 20. When an opened sash abuts against the sash stopper 20, the load exerted in an opening direction may be dispersed in two stages.
