<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a line quilting made of a natural fiber, the line quilting having irregular crease patterns in both a sewing direction and an interval between adjacent sewing lines on an obverse side fabric and a reverse side fabric. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a step of positioning a support base 51 of a sewing machine in a cross-stitch segment direction at an angle of 70-85° with a traveling direction of a quilting original fabric; and a step of sewing the quilting original fabric while moving it in a longitudinal direction of an upper plate so that an interval of a sewing lines can be 5-10 mm by using a sewing quilting machine in which sewing needles 52a are arranged side by side at an interval of 3-4 cm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
