摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid conveyance method of excavated materials using a foam inhibitor in a foam shielding method, to be advantageous in improving defoaming reliability, safety and workability. <P>SOLUTION: When excavation of soil by a shield machine 10 is started, a mud sending pump 48, a foam inhibitor injection device 43, a crusher 52 and a plurality of mud discharge pumps 56 are operated, and the foam inhibitor is injected to first slurry. Foam soil discharged from a conveyor 20 is merged and mixed with the first slurry in a junction pipe 44 and turned to second slurry. In this case, the second slurry contains the foam inhibitor and the foam of the foam soil. Then, by mixing the second slurry containing the foam and the foam inhibitor, a large portion of the foam contained in the second slurry is defoamed. The second slurry in which the large portion of the foam is defoamed is transferred to a flow divider 54 after small rocks are crushed in the crusher 52, and is transferred to a vibration sieve device 64 through a mud discharge pipe 50 by the plurality of mud discharge pumps 56. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
