<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter control circuit and a DC-DC converter, capable of suppressing fluctuations in output voltages relative to fluctuations in output currents. <P>SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter comprises: a control circuit; a switching circuit; and a correction circuit. The control circuit has an output voltage detection circuit that amplifies an error between an output voltage and a reference voltage and outputs the amplified error as a detection signal, and outputs a control signal with a duty ratio changing according to the detection signal. The switching circuit is driven by the control signal to output a pulse signal.
