摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call control system which can perform call control depending on the present rank of a customer. <P>SOLUTION: Session control means 81 receives a connection request from a user terminal originating a call to connect to a terminal of a company which is a provider of a product or service. Connection standby user memory means 84 stores by corresponding a standby order of the user terminals waiting until the connection with the company terminal is established, with customer ranks which indicate a degree of importance of users using the user terminals. Customer rank determination means 85 determines the customer ranks of the users for the company based on a relation between connection histories of the user terminals to the company terminal and purchase histories of the users for the company.
