<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a highly safe hash function while using a small number of functions. <P>SOLUTION: A hash value calculation device 10 realizes a hash function that satisfies a nature of a pseudo random oracle by using three different uncompressed internal functions f1, f2 and f3.
