A wind wheel blade is provided with a blade body (11), receptors (12, 13) which are embedded in the blade body (11) and are exposed at the surface thereof, a conductor layer (14) which is provided to the surface of the blade body (11) and connects the receptors (12, 13), and down conductors (21) which are connected to the receptors (12, 13) and are provided within the blade body (11). The down conductors (21) may be embedded within an insulator. |
