The device is intended for pumping fluid media and can be used in industry, transport and the home for pumping liquids as well as other incompressible and compressible fluid media. The piezoelectric pump (1) comprises a housing (2) containing the following components connected in series: a rear piezoelectric thrust unit (3), a piezoelectric motion unit (4) and a front piezoelectric thrust unit (5). The front piezoelectric thrust unit (3) has a pumped medium displacer (16) connected thereto. Electric pulses arriving at units (3) and (5) from a control station cause said units to become fixed alternately inside the housing. Under the effect of the electric pulses, the piezoelectric motion unit (4) moves the displacer (16) step-by-step in one direction. The positive effect achieved through the implementation of the invention is that of increasing the service life of the piezoelectric pump, expanding the scope of use thereof by increasing the number of media that can be pumped and also providing for a greater pressure head by preventing contact between the pumped medium and the friction surfaces of the housing and the piezoelectric thrust units.
