PURPOSE: A photoelectric combination cable capable of easily being transferred is provided to reduce external diameter by forming a ground wire into a fabric layer which covers an optical fiber unit and a power line. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of optical fiber units(20) is arranged to be contiguous each other. The optical fiber unit is composed of optical fiber, a tube which covers the outer circumference of the optical fiber, and a jelly which is accepted in the tube and protects the optical fiber. A plurality of power lines(30) is arranged between the optical fiber units to be contiguous. A water block tape(45) is placed on the outer side of the fiber unit and the power line. A fabric layer(40) for earth covers the fiber unit and the power line. An outer cover layer(50) protects elements which includes the power line and covers the outside of the fabric layer. The outer cover layer is molded by one among polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, and polyurethane resin.
