PURPOSE: A pipe is provided to diminish noise and vibration in flowing water because water freely falling in the pipe flows along a spiral draining plate. CONSTITUTION: A pipe comprises a first pipe(10), a second pipe(20), and a spiral drain plate(30). The first pipe has a circular section and outer diameter of the second pipe is smaller than inner diameter of the first pipe to be inserted the second pipe into the first pipe. The spiral draining plate is installed between inner surface of the first pipe and outer surface of the second pipe.
