<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing optical sheet, capable of manufacturing a low-retardation optical-sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the optical sheet includes: feeding a polycarbonate resin sheet A in a melted state which is obtained by extruding a polycarbonate resin with viscosity-average molecular weight of 13,000 to 18,000 to between a forming roll 2 kept at 60-130°C and a cooling roll 3 kept at 10-80°C to perform cooling treatment thereon, carrying the polycarbonate resin sheet A as it is placed on the forming roll 2; and supplying the polycarbonate sheet to an annealing roll 5 to perform annealing treatment thereon. A tension measurement roll 6 is interposed between the forming roll 2 and the annealing roll 5, and a tension applied to the polycarbonate resin sheet A between the forming roll 2 and the tension measurement roll 6 is adjusted to 20-90 N/m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
