<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for matching a transaction on the basis of a priority in e-commerce by substantially reducing or solving defects or problems in a conventional e-commerce system. <P>SOLUTION: A system for managing transaction orders has a memory operable to store first and second transaction orders with respect to specific transaction products received from first and second traders, respectively. Each transaction order has a display portion and a reserve portion. The second transaction order is received after the first transaction order. A processor connected to the memory is operable to receive opposite orders of the transaction products from opposed traders, to fill the display portions of the first and second transaction orders in a receiving order, and to exclusively provide at least a part of the opposite orders to the first trader within a settable period of time after filling the display portion of the second transaction order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
