摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a connector for flat cable that greatly reduces the overall thickness of a printed wiring board to which the connector for flat cable is attached, and is advantageous in making an optical pickup device thinner. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the attachment structure of the connector for flat cable to the printed wiring board such that the connector 2 for flat cable is fitted in a cut part 1a formed in the printed wiring board 1, and attachment pieces 2a provided to both side faces of the connector 2 for flat cable are soldered to land parts 1b for solder at both side edges of the cut part 1a.
