<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze an effective marketing technique according to services to be provided in usage status analysis in a business-to-business EDI service system. <P>SOLUTION: For each service for which marketing is conducted, a feature amount of the service to be used for analysis and a condition for determining whether a customer is a promising customer can be defined.
