<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and labor of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A multifunction peripheral 100 includes a first storage area 206a, a second storage area 206b, a control part 206, and a printer 110. A plurality of image files for showing the image of an original are stored in the first storage area 206a, and a distribution destination, the file name of the image file which is necessary at the distribution destination and a table for showing a correspondence relation between a print distributed to the distribution destination and printing conditions are stored in the second storage area 206b.
