摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency control apparatus in a power system which can appropriately control the charging and discharging of secondary batteries in response to an unbalanced power supply and demand. <P>SOLUTION: A frequency deviation calculation means 16 calculates a deviation &Delta;f which is a difference between a predetermined basic frequency f0 and a frequency f detected by a frequency detector 15. A charge/discharge control means 17 controls a charging and discharging of a secondary battery so that the frequency deviation &Delta;f obtained by the frequency deviation calculation means 16 is within a predetermined range. The charge/discharge control means 17 also inputs, through a charge depth correction means 18, a charge depth correcting signal s which corrects the charge depth of the secondary battery 13 so that a charge depth c of the secondary battery 13 detected by a charge depth detector 19 becomes 50%, and performs a charge depth correction control so that the charge depth c of the secondary battery 13 becomes 50%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
