OSCILLATOR AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator capable of wiring a piezoelectric oscillator with a simple structure.

SOLUTION: In an electroacoustic transducer 100, a first wiring layer 131 on a surface of a elastic diaphragm 120 is electrically conducted with a surface electrode layer 112 of a piezoelectric oscillator 110 by a first conductor 141 made of a conductive high polymer material, and a second wiring layer 132 on a surface of the elastic diaphragm 120 is electrically conducted with a rear face electrode layer 113 of the piezoelectric oscillator 110 by a second conductor 142 made of the conductive high polymer material. Thereby, the piezoelectric oscillator 110 can be arranged with a simple structure.
