<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of air conditioning machine, which is capable of obtaining the increase of air conditioning capacity by mounting a blower having more big air capacity and capable of contriving the reduction of installation space of a casing while allowing to obtain straightening effect without adding any component especially. <P>SOLUTION: The casing 1 has a rectangular shape in a plan view which is short in a back and forth direction and long in a lateral direction, and the upper surface thereof is opened to equip a heat exchanger 9 and a fan 8 therein while a front panel 1a, a rear panel 1b and right-and-left side surface panels 1c are attached thereto. A ceiling plate 2 covers the upper surface opening of the casing to enclose the outer peripheral end of a ventilation fan F and has an exit port 6 with a diameter substantially the same as the size in the back and forth direction of the casing and a perfect circular shape in a plan view, and a substantially elliptical bell mouth 5 which is integrated with the exit casing and long in the longitudinal direction while having an elliptical shape substantially same as the diameter of the exit port unit. A flow regulating plate 10 is formed by bending the upper ends of the front surface panel and the rear surface panel integrally toward substantially the outer peripheral end of the ventilating fan into horizontal direction substantially.
