<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain images without a density irregularity by effectively avoiding the trouble of adhesion of an external additive of toner to the non-image forming region of an image holding body even when toner images of different sizes are formed on the image holding body. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming control means 7 includes: a first toner image forming control part 11 which forms a first toner image TB<SB POS="POST">1</SB>on the outside of an image forming region M of an image holding body 1 through a preset gap region U under the condition that density information on an image TG formed in a region through which a recording medium 5 passes is higher than a threshold value preset; and a second toner image forming control part 12 which forms a second toner image TB<SB POS="POST">2</SB>for the gap region U under the condition that formation history information on the first toner image TB<SB POS="POST">1</SB>by the first toner image forming control part 11 exceeds a threshold value preset. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
