<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an innovative dryer incorporated in a thin-film coating device which dryer has a hot-air discharge suppressing mechanism configured to discharge hot air from a drying chamber by sucking in the hot air while suppressing an amount of the suction discharge of the hot air by a labyrinth effect, thus suppresses a decline in hot-air dry performance in the drying chamber, and prevents the inflow of the fresh air to the drying chamber, thereby achieves drying capability better than a conventional one to improve mass productivity. <P>SOLUTION: In the dryer incorporated in the thin-film coating device provided with the hot-air discharge suppressing mechanism 20 disposed outside a lead-in unit 13 and a lead-out unit 14 of a drying chamber 5 through which a film-shaped coated workpiece 4 applied with coating treatment is transferred to be dried by hot air, and the hot-air discharge suppressing mechanism constantly sucks in hot air to discharge it from the drying chamber 5 while suppressing an amount of the discharge of the hot air by a labyrinth effect, thus preventing the inflow of the fresh air to the drying chamber 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
