<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which has small dielectric loss and reduces the influence from external objects, and to provide a method for manufacturing the antenna device. <P>SOLUTION: A dent portion 106 is formed at a predetermined position on an inner surface of a back case portion 102 of an antenna device 100, and a foam layer 112, which has a small dielectric constant, is formed in an interior of the dent portion 106. An antenna pattern 111 is placed on the foam layer 112 having the small dielectric constant, thereby reducing the dielectric loss and obtaining broad-band properties. Further, an electric distance from the antenna pattern 111 to an outer surface of the back case 102 is extended, and thus the influence from external objects is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
