<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display unit connection method in which a liquid crystal display unit is unlikely to break owing to static electricity cheaply for a portable static electricity remover. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal protection element is mounted on a printed board of extremely small size, the positions of an input electrode of the printed board and the liquid crystal display unit are adjusted to set the resistance that a high resistance body for relaxing a shock during an electrostatic discharge between the input electrode of the printed board and an input terminal of the liquid crystal display unit, and the amount of static electricity flowing into the liquid crystal is thereby adjusted to prevent the liquid crystal display unit from breaking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
