<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a currency depositing and dispensing device for continuously performing processing without stopping the processing even when denomination-classified storages are full, without increasing the size of the currency depositing and dispensing device. <P>SOLUTION: A currency depositing and dispensing device 1 comprises: a money receiving port 3 for receiving currencies; a plurality of denomination-classified storages 40 for storing received currencies by denomination and for delivering stored currencies as needed; a money paying port 8 for paying currencies that were delivered from the denomination-classified storages 40; and a fullness detection part 56 for detecting that the denomination-classified storages are full. The currency depositing and dispensing device 1 also includes a control part 55 for, when one sort of denomination-classified storage 40 is detected to be full by the fullness detection part 56, storing currencies corresponding to the denomination-classified storage 40 into another sort of denomination-classified storage that is not full to mix the currencies with another currencies, and for prohibiting delivery of currencies from the denomination-classified storage where different currencies are mixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
