<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly strike a balance between high-speed recording and high image quality recording even when a recording head changes the range of scan region for each image to be recorded in an inkjet recording apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: Regarding both ends of a scanning region where a recording image quality is likely to be deteriorated due to differences in ejection intervals of scanning, thresholds of the number of recording dots about whether a high-quality image mode is applied or not are made to be different between a region 1 and other regions 2, which determine what the recording mode is. Thus, for example, the threshold as the high-quality recording is made to be higher than the region 1, thereby avoiding an unnecessary high-quality recording. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
