PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to prevent a coated fluorescent material layer from being stripped by improving an adhesive force in interfaces between a fluorescent material layer and a light emitting structure by inserting an adhesive active layer between the light emitting structure and the fluorescent material layer. CONSTITUTION: A second electrode layer(200) comprises a support layer(210), a reflecting layer(205), and an ohmic contact layer(215). A light emitting structure(220) comprises a second conductive semiconductor layer(222), an active layer(224), and a first conductive semiconductor layer(226). A passivation layer(230) covers the reflecting layer, the ohmic contact layer, and a side of the light emitting structure. A first electrode(240) is placed on a partial region of a surface of the first conductive semiconductor layer. A fluorescent material layer(250) is formed on a surface of the adhesive active layer(245). |
