<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe positive-electrode active material which has large capacity, suppresses deterioration during high-temperature storage, and secures thermal stability during charging. <P>SOLUTION: The positive-electrode active material is represented by a composition formula Li<SB POS="POST">x</SB>Ni<SB POS="POST">a</SB>Mn<SB POS="POST">b</SB>Co<SB POS="POST">c</SB>M<SP POS="POST">1</SP><SB POS="POST">d</SB>M<SP POS="POST">2</SP><SB POS="POST">e</SB>O<SB POS="POST">2</SB>(where M<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is at least one or more kinds of elements selected from a group comprising Al, Ti and Mg, M<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is at least one or more kinds of elements selected from a group comprising Mo, W and Nb, and 0.2≤x≤1.2, 0.6≤a≤0.8, 0.05≤b≤0.3, 0.05≤c≤0.3, 0.02≤d≤0.04, 0.02≤e≤0.06, a+b+c+d+e=1.0 are satisfied). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
