摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy which can stably be produced even when using an industrial raw material containing a large amount of impurities and has excellent magnetic properties. <P>SOLUTION: This alloy composition has composition formula of Fe<SB POS="POST">a</SB>B<SB POS="POST">b</SB>Si<SB POS="POST">c</SB>P<SB POS="POST">x</SB>C<SB POS="POST">y</SB>Cu<SB POS="POST">z</SB>. The parameters satisfy the following conditions: 79&le;a&le;86 at%, 5&le;b&le;13 at%, 0<c&le;8 at%, 0<x&le;10 at%, 0&le;y&le;5 at%, 0.4&le;z&le;1.4 at%, and 0.08&le;z/x&le;1.2. Here, the alloy composition contains Al, Ti, Mn, S, O and N as impurities each in the following amount: 0&le;Al&le;0.3 mass%, 0&le;Ti&le;0.3 mass%, 0&le;Mn&le;1.0 mass%, 0&le;S&le;0.3 mass%, 0&le;O&le;0.3 mass% and 0&le;N&le;0.1 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
