摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powder for thermal spraying for efficiently forming thick sprayed coating by low-temperature process thermal spraying. <P>SOLUTION: The powder for thermal spraying includes granulated-sintered cermet particles that contain a metal having an indentation hardness of 500-5,000 N/mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>. The granulated-sintered cermet particles have a mean diameter of 30 &mu;m or less, while the primary particles in the granulated-sintered cermet particles have a mean diameter of 6 &mu;m or less. The granulated-sintered cermet particles exhibit a compressive strength of 100-600 MPa. It is preferable that the metal contained in the granulated-sintered cermet particles contains at least one selected from the group consisting of cobalt, nickel, iron, aluminum, copper, and silver.
