<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a code data management system, even if code data of machine-readable code patterns are different code systems when determining right/wrong of printer output materials using machine-readable code patterns output on the output materials, capable of integrally handling the code data in a single management system. <P>SOLUTION: A code pattern on a business form 22 output from a printer 20 is read by a scanner 15 and is collated with code data provided in a database 12 of a management system 1.
