METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING MOVEMENT OF LIQUID ON SURFACE OF NANO STRUCTURE OR MICRO STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for determining a movement of a small drop put on a surface of a nano structure or a micro structure by at least one characteristic of a nano structure feature pattern, or at least one characteristic of the small drop.

SOLUTION: Lateral movement of a small drop is determined in a manner that the small drop is moved in a desired direction along a nano structure feature pattern by at least one characteristic of the nano structure feature pattern. In the other embodiment, the movement of the small drop is determined in a manner that the small drop enters the feature pattern in a desired area and is substantially immobilized there by at least one characteristic of the nano structure feature pattern, or at least one characteristic of the small drop.
