<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set of polarizing plates which has an outer protective film made thin and difficult to break, and a liquid crystal panel and a liquid crystal display device which include the same. <P>SOLUTION: The set of polarizing plates comprises a first polarizing plate 20 disposed on one surface side of a liquid crystal cell 40 and a second polarizing plate 30 disposed on the other surface side, and the first polarizing plate 20 is obtained by laminating a first inner protective film 23, a first polarizing film 21, and a first outer protective film 25 in this order, and the second polarizing plate 30 is obtained by laminating a second polarizing film 31 and a second outer protective film 35 in this order. At least one of the first outer protective film 25 and the second outer protective film 35 is made of a stretched acrylic resin. The first inner protective film 23 is a biaxial resin film of which the absolute value of an in-plane phase difference value is within a range from 40 to 500 nm and the absolute value of the phase difference value in a thickness direction at a wavelength of 590 nm is within a range from 20 to 500 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
