<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide predicted electric power generation amount calculating device and method that can predict an electric power generation amount of each constituent component of a solar battery string. <P>SOLUTION: A solar battery array is constructed by electrically connecting solar battery strings in parallel, and each of the solar battery strings generates electric power by receiving sunlight and is constructed by electrically connecting solar battery string constituent elements in series. A predicted power generation amount calculating device 1 for calculating a predicted power generation amount of the solar battery string constituent component for the solar battery array has a solar radiation intensity receiver 2 for receiving a solar radiation intensity, array voltage calculating means for calculating a voltage at the time when the maximum power generation amount of the solar battery array is achieved, string current calculating means for calculating current of the solar battery string, predicted voltage calculating means for calculating a predicted voltage of the solar battery string constituent component, and predicted power generation amount calculating means for calculating the predicted power generation amount of the solar battery string constituent component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
