<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for a concrete placing formwork, enabling a nonexpert to uniformly extend the sheet on the formwork without causing a wrinkle in a stable and efficient manner, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof and construction method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet for a concrete placing formwork to be arranged between a concrete placing formwork and a placed concrete comprises a water-permeable substrate and a water passage film laminated on a surface of the water-permeable substrate adjacent to the placed concrete.
