<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pickup device capable of being made to easily accommodate the size and shape of a plate-like body, and to surely suck even a plate-like body having a through-hole. <P>SOLUTION: When configuring this pickup device for sucking and picking up a plate-like body 4, the pickup device includes: a first suction unit 21 including a plurality of suction openings 24 on a surface thereof, a plurality of second suction units 22 arranged on the right and left of the first suction unit 21 and each including a plurality of suction openings 24 on a surface thereof; and a lead screw 32 for separating the second suction units 22 along slide rails 31 from each other. Then, the screw threads of the lead screw 32 are set in reverse direction with respect to the first suction unit 21, and the second suction units 22 are separated from each other at the same time by rotating the lead screw 32 by a motor 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
