<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static overcurrent relaying device which can easily achieve protective cooperation with the hard configuration equivalent to the static overcurrent relaying device previously in general use, because protective cooperation with both of an upper distribution substation overcurrent relaying device and a lower overcurrent relaying device was sometimes difficult in an overcurrent relaying device for high voltage power reception, and because even though there are other means for protective cooperation their hard configuration and handleability are not satisfactory compared with the static overcurrent relaying device previously in general use. <P>SOLUTION: With previous technologies, it was a time-limit characteristic with an anti-time-limit characteristic and an instant characteristic, so as the load facility capacity increases protective cooperation with overcurrent relaying devices of both upper and lower distribution substations becomes more difficult. By making it the time-limit characteristic with an anti-time-limit and an instant characteristic having a two-step definite-time, a static overcurrent relaying device to achieve protective cooperation is achieved even though it still has a hard configuration and a handling method of the same level as the previous technologies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
