Provided is a means for an electronic apparatus provided with an electronic component disposed within a housing which is electrically conductive and which has a gap for connecting the inner space and the outer space, and the means prevents noise from leaking to the outside of the housing through the gap. An electronic apparatus comprises: a housing (10) electrically conductive and having a gap (40) for connecting the inner space and the outer space; an electronic component (20) contained within the housing (10); and a structural body (30) provided so as to be in contact with the inner wall surface (11) of the housing (10). The structural body (30) has a layer of an electrically conductive material, and also has a layer of a dielectric material which is located between the layer of an electrically conductive material and the inner wall surface (11) of the housing (10). The layer of an electrically conductive material has a repeated structure in at least a part of the region of the layer.
