PURPOSE: A tire information monitoring system and establishment method thereof are provided to improve establishment work effects using the software information and key buttons of a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A tire information monitoring system includes a transmission apparatus, a reception apparatus, and an establishment apparatus. The transmission apparatus is installed at a tire area and transmits tire information. The reception apparatus is installed at the main body unit of a vehicle and receives the tire information from the transmission apparatus. The reception apparatus determines the state of a tire based on the tire information. The establishment apparatus transmits identification information and a determination condition to a reception apparatus in order to establish the determination condition of the tire information. The establishment uses a program which is downloaded through an external network.
