PURPOSE: A solar battery which includes a finger line with a high density emitter function and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve process efficiency by simultaneously performing a finger line role and a selective emitter role. CONSTITUTION: A crystalline silicon substrate(301) of a first conductivity type is prepared. A semiconductor layer(303) of a second conductivity type is arranged with a predetermined depth along the surface of the substrate. A finger line with a high density emitter function is electrically connected to the semiconductor layer. The finger line with the high density emitter function simultaneously performs high density emitter and finger line roles. A antireflection film(305) is arranged on a whole surface of the substrate including the semiconductor layer and the finger line with the high density emitter funciton. A bus bar(306) is electrically connected to the finger line with the high density emitter function. |
