<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rebaking a frozen baked jaozi (chinese meat dumpling) for excellently rebaking a large amount of frozen jaozi for business. <P>SOLUTION: The method for rebaking a frozen baked jaozi includes steps of: laying a plurality of frozen jaozi 21 with bake faces lowered on a hotel pan 11 of a steam convection oven; placing a water containing sheet 12 having water absorbency and heat resistance for covering an entire upper part of the plurality of frozen baked jaozi 22; arranging the plurality of jaozi in the steam convectional oven by sealing the hotel pan 11 with a lid 13; and baking by heating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
