<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restaurant service system capable of suppressing labor costs and also providing high quality services to customers. <P>SOLUTION: The restaurant service system comprises a tracking server 74 and a main server 40 which receive a ticket vendor camera image information signal of the customer who bought a meal ticket from a ticket vendor camera 72, perform person identification of the customer based on the ticket vendor camera image information signal, generate and output a ticket vendor camera person identification information signal, generate a tracking camera person identification information signal by performing the person identification of the customer based on a tracking camera image information signal of the customer from a tracking camera 76, track the customer until the customer takes a seat, confirm that the customer took the seat, generate a seat number information signal, and generate and output a seating information signal by associating the seat number information signal, the ticket vendor camera person identification information signal and the tracking camera person identification information signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
