COMMUNICATION DEVICE OF DETERMINING VALIDITY OF WIRELESS QUALITY INFORMATION, MOBILE TERMINAL, SYSTEM, PROGRAM, AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device and the like capable of determining the validity of measured wireless quality information based on the measurement position.

SOLUTION: A communication device has: wireless quality information storage means that stores wireless quality information based on a base station; multipoint base stations positioning data measurement value storage means that stores a multipoint base stations positioning data measurement value based on one or more peripheral base stations, which is measured by a multipoint base stations positioning system; and validity determination means that determines whether or not a base station identifier and/or a peripheral base station identifier stored in the wireless quality storage means are common to the one or more peripheral base station identifiers stored in the multipoint base stations positioning data measurement value storage means, and that discards the wireless quality information of the base station determined as false, as invalid wireless quality information. The wireless quality information of the base station determined as false by the validity determination means is discarded as the invalid wireless quality information.
