LID MATERIAL PREVENTING STICKING OF CONTENT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material mainly applied to a container for packaging yogurt which effectively prevents sticking of yogurt as the content on a back surface of a lid while suitably maintaining a heat sealing property and tight sealing property.

SOLUTION: A sticking preventing layer 6 formed of hydrophobic fine particles 10 is formed on the outer surface of a heat-sealing layer 5 laminated on a base material layer 1. A dispersion liquid of the hydrophobic fine particles is once excessively coated on the surface of the heat-sealing layer 5, and after drying it, surplus fine particles including free fine particles are removed by wiping the surface. Thereby, the sticking preventing layer 6 is formed in a thin layer having uniform fine particle distribution with residual fine particles.
