<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device for vehicle, in which an occupant is informed about the insertion failure of an ETC card by the movement of a seat belt. <P>SOLUTION: A seat belt control means (12) receives, from an ETC in-vehicle unit (1), a condition information showing whether or not the effective ETC card (6) is correctly inserted into the ETC in-vehicle unit (1) when the ETC in-vehicle unit (1) communicates with an antenna (4) mounted in front of a tollgate of a toll road. Then, the seat belt control means (12) informs the occupant about the thing that the ETC card (6) is not inserted by winding the seat belt (8, 9), when the wearing of the seat belt (8, 9) is detected by a seat belt wearing condition detection means (17, 18) and when it is determined that the effective ETC card (6) is not correctly inserted into the ETC in-vehicle unit (1) by the condition information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
