<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for control of an electric compressor device having enhanced heating ability by improving heating efficiency for a refrigerant. <P>SOLUTION: The device controls the electric compressor device which includes an inverter 13 for supplying driving electric power to a motor 12 that drives a compressor 1 that compresses a refrigerant of an air conditioning system for a vehicle, the inverter 13 heating the refrigerant by supplying generated heat thereto. The device includes: junction temperature sensors each detecting junction temperature of each of the switching elements of the inverter 13; an electric compressor control circuit 14 and an IGBT driver that supply drive pulse signals to the inverter 13 to drive-control the inverter 13; and a slope varying circuit that variably controls the precipitous degree of a gradient (slope) during rising/falling of the drive pulse signals based on the junction temperature detected by the junction temperature sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
