<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder belt for reducing a load to shoulders when a bag containing heavy contents is hung on the shoulders to be carried, and a bag with the shoulder belt. <P>SOLUTION: A belt body, wherein the whole of a band-shaped body is doubled, of the shoulder belt is constructed when the band-shaped body formed of fabric, leather, a synthetic resin or the like is folded back in two positions to be put together. The bag with the shoulder belt is constructed when locking fixtures are attached to the folded parts to hang the bag.
