PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce copper loss by increasing the cross sectional area of a conductor of a coil without increasing the inner diameter of a core thereby reducing the resistance of the conductor.
SOLUTION: A conductor 2 wound around a core consists of a portion 2c having a large width (cross sectional area), a portion 2a having a small width (cross sectional area), and portions 2b and 2d having widths (cross sectional areas) changing gradually. An inductor, or the like, is formed by winding the conductor 2 around the core so that the portion 2a having a small width corresponds to the hole (inner periphery) of the core, and the portion 2c having a large width corresponds to the outer periphery of the core.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
