<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber cable to which a good measure against bending is subjected while suppressing cost as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: An optical fiber cable 11 includes a coated optical fiber 21 in which a coating layer 23 is provided on the outer periphery of a plastic clad fiber 22 which has a plastic clad 22b on the outer periphery of a glass core 22a having a diameter of 0.20 mm or more, and an exterior coat 26 provided on the periphery of the coated optical fiber 21. The exterior coat 26 has a relation of E*(d2<SP POS="POST">4</SP>-d1<SP POS="POST">4</SP>)≥70000 (N mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>) among a Young's modulus E, an inner diameter d1, and an outer diameter d2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
